ABOUT ME

I like to listen more than talk. I love people from all walks of life. I do self-employed work and can't keep my feet still. I always have to walk...cross districts, borders following new ideas and challenges.

PHILOSOPHY

Not sure, life changes, my mind still rambles and every now and then something interesting comes up, a synthesis from the last weeks or months, often crushed...(let's not say crushed), molded by new experiences and new inputs. And repreat.

I've tried to fit in many times, although no one has really noticed :-)
But now am just being, simply being and letting be, not in a passive way...let's say I try to be more loving :)
I laugh a lot and very loud, unabashedly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted surfers in the past with friends from my shared accommodation. When I am around, I am happy to host anyone passing by. If you are heading towards Poland or find yourself stranded at some point, you can visit me in Krakow or for a semi-off-the-grid- experience stay at my friend's farm.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not been @ official couchsurfing very often. Have shared and surfed on many floors and couches in the past across the globe, but have a bias track record. Farms are my favorite still.

Interests

I love talking about the randomness of living. Any subject touching on personal strength, resilience, non-violent communication, permaculture, eco-villages and natural building will make my eyes glow.
I love dancing samba and doing sports. My favourite are barbell squats :D but am still removed from building a selfie collection and no I don't post stuff on facebook nor instagram.

I am a no brainer when it comes to movies.
Music wise...Pharoah Sanders, Maleem Mahmoud Ghania, Mulatu Astatke, Big Mama Thornton, Alice Coltrane, Beth Carvalho, Ibeyi, Nuova Compagnia Di Canto Popolare, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Hannah Wants, Sven Väth, Boiler Room, Nick Cave, New Army Model,
Love reading semi-text books and skim through academic articles.
Now i am spending most of the time in front of the computer working on a project, my new years resolution was to read one book a week....grrrr....am really behind schedule....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So this is the alternative to "I have a house, a big car, a hot wife and 2 kids one boy and one girl. "
I built a house, fixed my truck, found a wife, gave birth to 2 kids...

Nah.

Not being complicated but I can't choose between the wife and the truck.
