create a new practice to feel healthy in the body and in the mind trought movement, plastic arts, teater, yoga, meditation. I experiented that i feel better in my relation, in the everyday life when i look inside my self ! For me this is an infinit experience, and that's why it's soooo intersting !

i host some people when i can and i keep contact with the couchsurfers of my friends (always amazzzziiinngg persons)
Now i finished my studies and i can travel, sure that meet the people of the country is the best way to feel really the country you travel !
