Overview
About Me
I like to think of myself as a generous, thoughtful yet straightforward and witty woman. My friends can confirm that I have a big and deep heart. At first glance, I don't fit in the stereotype of the Latin woman, but I'm cheerful and I like to dance though I don't go to clubs anymore. I like music in general, I love cooking, nature and animals.
I tend to avoid routines as much as I can so I try to taste new flavors, travel when I can, meet other people. My CV is a proof of that: I have work a bank, in a law firm, for an international NGO (or ONG) and most recently in a telecommunication company.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I enjoy meeting new people, specially if they come from different cultural backgrounds.
It's OK to be a tourist in a new city every now and then, but I also want to discover the authentic taste of day-to-day life in a new city! I look forward to experiencing the "real deal" wherever I go.
Interests
I like to spend time with my family as much as I can when I am in my country.
I'm too eclectic when it comes to music & books, so let's leave it here!
- arts
- movies
- reading
- music
- friends
- family
Music, Movies, and Books
* Something's gotta give: I don't remember another movie that made me laugh like this one, great chemistry between Diane Keaton & Jack Nicholson.
* Gentlemen prefer blonds (because of Jane Russell's performance)
* Almost all of C. Chaplin's work!
* The Artist: a 2011 french black & white movie which proves that still in the 21st century, an articulate story can be told without words.
* Funny Face: Audrey Hepburn, nothing else to say!
But the odd name on this list is Jason Statham -> he makes action films that I actually enjoy :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
River rafting @Mamoní River, Darién, Panamá :)
Teach, Learn, Share
