HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will be living in Calabria, Italy this summer and hope to travel around Italy and parts of Europe. Since I'll be traveling alone, the idea of staying with someone local sounds much more appealing than a hotel.

Since I am hoping to be a guest, it only seemed fair that I also host. I just had my first guest, and it turned out to be a much cooler, more positive experience than I could have imagined.
