To spark the travel bug in my sons!

ABOUT ME

I love travelling but haven't managed to do as much as I would like. Luckily my husband Julian shares the same thoughts on travelling. We have a year old son Angus who was born in Aussie but is a Kiwi ;) and 4 year old Isaac who was born once we moved back to NZ.
In between working and looking after the boys I love cooking and baking (with Angus' help) and listening to reggae, drum'n'bass and dub music and of course drinking the coffee that our coffee machine produces :)

PHILOSOPHY

It doesn't matter where you are in the world if someone is truly your friend it won't matter how often you talk to them, it will all be back to the same comfortable level when you do talk or see each other!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have hosted people from all over and haven't had a bad experience yet! Kids really enjoy different people from different cultures being around and hearing new languages and accents.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Going to a Laotian village that had never seen a tourist - had to walk through a 1km cave with water in it to get there but was well worth it. They were lovely and hospitable.
