ABOUT ME

Ok well I'm British, I'm a movie composer and teacher, writer, traveler and currently living in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh) for now.

Previously, I lived in Seoul, Korea for 2 years and Shanghai, China for a while, too.

Personality consists largely of shyness, awkwardness, smugness and curiosity. I'm sure there are other noteworthy features but I forget.

I'm not actually a major traveler, despite having traveled in a major fashion, but I'm sorta trying to find a place where I can stop, and not doing very well at it.

PHILOSOPHY

I can sleep when I'm old.

Consequently I find myself doing a lot of all nighters and getting way too deep into projects and ideas.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hong Kong get togethers were awesome. I met a lovely set of people. Three of which I met again when I went back to Korea.

Meeting a few people around China was great. One in particular was a walking Lonely Planet. It doesn't even make sense how much knowledge some people have of their home town. A very interesting experience.

Interests

It's hardly useful to tell you I like books, sports, LIVING FOR THE MOMENT! and hanging out with friends, is it?

More fun to ask, I might even answer in riddle (No, I won't).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent a month in the Himalayas, single best time of my life.

Been at the hands of a wheel of a speed boat through what must have been 10,000 or more dolphins in a school across the cliffs of Oman.

Bungee was cool. Memorable, to say the least.

Seen the Burj Khalifa a couple of times. That building just doesn't make any sense.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach the basics of the Korean language I suppose, and the BASIC basics of Russian.

I'm one of those people with 20,000 'Did you know' pieces of information. Generally well founded science stuff nobody is actually interested in, though.
