One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Made the decision to travel now and not wait.

Teach, Learn, Share

Put people before social media. If there's one thing I want to teach or show people it is that our generation is being brought up by the iphone. I watch couples on dates facing their phones instead of each other and it makes me sick. I want meaningful relationships with face to face interactions or at least real conversations. No shortcuts to telling a friend you "like" something. I want letters not instant messages, I want phone calls instead of texts, I want to talk over hot chocolate not skype. I understand its hard when people don't have the option to meet in person, but with social media these days they don't try hard enough to make it happen. Call me old school but I'll take my few but strong and real relationships over a thousand of your virtual friends.
