ABOUT ME

vagabondish. spontaneous. epicurean.

I'm packing my bags for a yearlong escapade in Europe. I have but one goal: to discover an authentic side of European life, culture, and befriend as many interesting people as I can. I’m creative, honest and wholeheartedly curious. Most of all I enjoy the company of those romantic at heart and whimsical in spirit. Or in other words, I enjoy crack-pot friends who enjoy musing about whatever, being spontaneous, all the while swilling booze and laughing until morning. Is this too much to ask? This odyssey of mine is about meeting all sorts of people from all sorts of places, and to have one hell of a good time along the way.

I studied literature and philosophy when I was at University, and still very much enjoy discussing these things. I like late nights out. Dancing. A good red wine, or a tasty brew. I like keeping fit whenever I can - though I can't say that after 7 months abroad in Europe, the land of all things delicious, that such a place is merciful in allowing one such a pleasure. Oh well. I especially love photography, philosophy, music, ecology, cinema, surfing and camping... and most recently, COOKING.
