About Me
We are Juan and Ana an Argentinian couple travelling around the world for the last year and a half. We met three-years ago while were working together. I used to be her boss 😀💪. The first thing that we found in common was our stress for working in an unreal field. Marketing could sound very impressive and cool but in the end is just any possible way to sell things to people that they really do not need. We get sick of the empty life that we were living in our daily society and decided to get out, run away to discover something that wasn't clear at the beginning. We also felt that it was a good challenge to our relationship. A good way to make it real and stronger.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We are a little sick of the tourist industry. Unfortunately, when you start a trip, "in general" the air crew, the receptionist on the hotel, the immigration official, the tour guide, everyone in the industry, they just saw you as an ATM. We prefer someone angry because is having a bad day than hiding the real fealing because He have to.
So far we thought about couchsurfing as a possible solution to connect in a real and truly way to every person in every place.
The real people would save the world.
Interests
Ana loves food, she need to taste everything. Or she make me try it first if it doesn't look very preatty. She is also a passion artist. Doesn't like to be call like that but it is the true, and I said Artist because she can paint, make pottery, rebuilt our Van kitchen, prepare a delicious meal just with a package of noodles and one Tuna can, make her own clothes, take profesional photos, make anything handcraft, and I can go on and on...
On the other hand I have some good social skills, I love soccer with passion. Like everything we do we do it with passion, it is an Argentinian style. Sometimes it became a little stupid I have to confess.
I am aslo very interested in the political field. But more the National one than the International. I consider my self a little romantic, looking to the past always in a nostalgic way. We both like to cook, we are proffesionals in barbecue and can prepare a cake with a fire in the middle of nowhere.
Recently I realized that I love the mountain life, I really enjoy trekking and getting deep into the nature just carring the few things you will need.

Teach, Learn, Share
None of us consider ourself capable of teaching anything. But we can definitely share our knowledge. It is almost disrespectful to consider our self as "teachers". By the way Ana has a degree in pottery but never have the experience to teach somebody. But she can give some tips in this aerea to anybody. She has also a couple of courses in photography.
I have passion for history, Contemporary, Latinamerican or just Argentinan, maby now a days there is not many people seeking to get deep in the past. I always thought that is the only way to understand how and way we are standing in this world.
We spend so far 8 month in Asia and start to get inside Buddhism, we spent some time at a Monastery in Thailand trying to learn how to meditate. Just the practise will do the master and we.need a lot of practise because is been really difficult to concentrate outside the monastery. Another thing we would like to learn is to cook a few traditional plates that we eat almost everyday, Fried rice, and fried Noodles. Simple s that, we love it. We also find Chinese food delicious and our best friend.when we need.to escape from "everything hot/spicy Asia".
Ana also want to learn everything related to art. I'm more interested in the history of every culture.
