Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was introduced to couch surfing in the summer of 2014. At the time I worked for a mine in Timmins ON. A really close friend of mine had an account and oddly received a request from 2 guys from Montreal! She was amazed that anyone would want to see Timmins, but regardless she decided to host them. It turned out to be 2 guys hitchhiking to Vancouver from Montreal! I loved the experience of getting to know these guys and hear their stories.
