I was born and raised in the USA but have been working in Kyoto for in International Trading. I have been living in Japan for 10 years total.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I know a lot about Kyoto and am hoping to help out where I can. At the very least I can provide a place to sleep and give advice about where to go, and depending on my work responsibilities I may also be able to personally show you around town and introduce you to local friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have yet to Couchsurf myself but I have recently begun letting people stay at my place in Kyoto several times now.

Sports, books, all genres of music, video games, but most of all meeting new people and hanging out.

I enjoy all genres but mostly listen to American and UK rock music. Dancing at the club to whatever is popular now is also always fun!
I enjoy fantasy novels, and spend a lot of time and money on gaming (PC, PS4, Switch).
