ABOUT ME

I'm a homebody who is happy to stay in and watch TV on DVD, knit, or read a good book. This year I'm finally realizing my dream of visiting Iceland; in May, my husband and I will spend a week in Iceland horseback riding and taking a bus tour along the Southwest coast. I'm already thinking about my second, third, even fourth trip to Iceland and want to see all of this beautiful country's national parks before I die.

Interests

I love animals, particularly dogs (I have my own) and dairy goats. My husband and I want to have a goat milk ice cream business one day. I also love reading non-fiction, particularly travel narratives and memoirs.
