I am a friendly person who you would like to be around. I am well educated and a kind of thoughtful person. I am open minded where it is not so easy to be so, in the middle east. I can hold great conversations on any topic, and I don't get offended! Unless you are deliberately getting the piss out of me, like the brits say :) I have a welcoming family which would be glad to host a foreigner.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like travelling very much but there's no much money and time to do so. I found that couch surfing is a great opportunity to experience travelling from the residents' point of view not the tourists', which is really great. Also hosting people from different cultures will allow me to explore these new cultures and will be an opportunity to meet new people, it will be even an opportunity to explore my own city!

Interests

I like reading a lot. Although big hangouts would be great, I also admire the short hangouts with a friend or two. I am also interested in aviation, a lot. Time I spend in the plane is for me awesome rather than exhausting like for most of people. I am a petroleum engineering student, but I am willing to study aviation in the UK long time after graduation.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have favourite music, I like tasting all kind of it. However, I detest the pop music here in Egypt which we call "sha'by" In addition, I like crime and action movies, and I prefer crime for the mystery in them. And I also like rom-com movies for they allow me to explore the american culture more, which enables me to explore the "western" culture in general.
