I am a sociable person, kind, open-minded, full of hope and energy, lucky to have very good friends and family, love life and want to enjoy it. I'm fond of exploring other cultures and I respect all people's believes and traditions. I like to help people in their hour of need and appreciate friendship a lot !

Although being a frequent traveler, I'm a new member here and want to get the great experience of couch-surfing as recommended by many people. I consider CS as social media tool that connects people from different countries in real life rather than considering it as a means of lowering travel costs.

As a doctor, most of my trips are related to conferences, workshops, training or volunteering missions but I try hardly to manage my time schedule for exploring different places at any city I visit. I mostly like exploring history, culture and fun attractions of the places I visit.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here to meet new people mostly for cultural exchanges in order to enrich each others experiences. I am also here to assist others traveling to locations that I am familiar with.

Music, Movies, and Books

It depends on my mood. I like classics, country and rock music. I like to listen to soft music, Indian and Arabic songs. My best musicians are Yanni and Omar Khairat. I love American movies but again kind of movies is totally dependent on my mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Served in a UN Peace keeping mission in a hot spot in Africa. I was working as a military surgeon; sometimes dealing with challenging situations with little facilities.

Arabic language, Oriental culture, shooting, photography and creative writing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

With my guests, I can share their journey if I have time to do so, show them the beauty of Egypt and help them as much as possible to enjoy their journey.

With my hosts, I can share their fun moments and events (whenever this was allowed to me). I can pay any expenses for any kind of extra services offered by my host like food or whatever.
