Why I’m on Couchsurfing

So, for me tourism is not really about visiting places more than it's about meeting new people and mixing with the locals. I'm not usually too concerned about where I'll be going or what places I'll be visiting like most tourists but I'm more interested in who I'll be seeing and what events can I join to blend with more people and have amazing interactions and Couchsurfing really gives me the opportunity to experience countries from the inside out and not the other way around.
