As a permanent learner, I love traveling, meeting peoples and having friends everywhere in the world. I am a marathon man, I try to some marathons per year in different countries. I practice lot of exercises (high intensity interval training: LES MILLS), cycling, I love yoga and body balance. I also love hiking, swimming, trekking, reading books relating to culture and history of nations. I love Cooking Mediterranean meals, Arabic Meals . I love exchanges and discussions relating to the culture and history of nations and the changes occurring around the world.

The music of the world especially classic music. History books , self improvement books ( management, leadership, innovation, marketing). Some of my favorite writers are, Howard Zinn and Noam Chomsky, George Orwell . I love reading the biography books of the persons who contributed to the the evolution of the humanity.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

January 2012, I followed at Dubai the runners of marathon on my bike from the beginning until the finish line. In the way, I saw an old man hardly running and on his back there was written " I am 65 years old and I am in front of you", I felt myself very small and I decided to take the challenge the year after. My first marathon completed on 4h03min. The year after, my second marathon done on 3:27'. And since this date, I am performing a marathon each 3 months. Just to push myself beyond the limits.... I done a trek at Merapi mountain in Indonesia in very hard conditions beginning of January 2015. We reached the top of the mountain in less than two hours, discussing with the guide, I discovered that he is the ex Indonesia champion of trek. He climbed Merapi in 45 min...wow...

My principle of life is: whatever the level of my knowledge, I remain a humble learner forever. Each time I learn new thing, I discover the level of the ignorance in which I am, this boost my thirst of knowledge.
