I'm a student studying civil Engineering. I did an exchange to Denmark in 2015 and I've found that I love traveling.

I 'm Afghan but i'm lucky enough to live in Australia. I'm currently in north Italy in a town called Pergine Valsugana near the city of Trento. I love mountains and oceans, i enjoy hiking in and taking tons of photo (if you wanna see my photos, my Instagram handle is @moakarimi) I am mad about snowboarding and surfing and I'm willing to give any sport a go.

I'm a vegetarian, know some stuff politics and just random things (love learning random stuff)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I think staying is hostels is great and all but i feel like a bit of tourist. I don't really meet any locals and don't get to experience too much of the culture. I think couch surfing is a great way of meeting locals (and save a bit of money) and that is why I am on couch surfing.

兴趣

I love surfing, snowboarding and travelling. I also like swimming, hiking and reading.

Go on exchange: when I started University, Id never really thought about traveling or going overseas but when I decided to do it, it turned out to be the best decision of my life.

Hiking Mount Rinjani in Lomabok Indonesia. Toughest thing I've done mentally and physically but it was well worth it.

Volunteering training women from the Sri Lankan military in surf lifesaving.
