Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

I'm willing to host and mostly do that. I try to surf now and then but in many places it's a _lot_ harder for a guy than for a woman, and hard enough for anyone.

These days I've become more selective and less active in hosting than I used to be. The system is flooded with surfers, many with limited profile info, and those of us that host can rarely find a couch when we look. So although I still do participate I see a sinking ship here.

I am not here to provide a free alternative to Hostels !!! There are many low budget hostels here for those just needing a place to crash. I enjoy meeting people who are interesting and/or have something in common, and I sometimes just meet or do things without hosting the person.

I've been meaning to focus more on BeWelcome but haven't gotten around to it yet.
