Overview
About Me
A simple and very open-minded. 24 and living my life to its fullest in Paris. Really easy to talk to and ABSOLUTELY curious to meet people from around the world and get to know more about their cultures.
Recently shifted from Dubai, where I was born. My parents are from Bangladesh and I was surrounded with Indian/Pakistani friends so languages has always been my forte. I can speak basic French (really proud of myself for that) but I always try to improve my French. I completed my work/internship from a well known 4* hotel just beside Arc De Triomphe (Paris gate) and started my second year of hospitality.
I may new to CS as of now but I'm not a bad company. :)
See ya!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've always loved travelling and meeting new people. In fact, that's why I'm studying Hospitality. Learning languages has been my thing ever since I've moved to Paris so I guess hosting guests is the right way to do it!
Besides, this would is a LOVELY place to be in. So why not meet people and make friends? And make friends? And then make more friends? And then invite all of them in my wedding. Imagine the culture and gifts I'd be surrounded with! Hahaha I'd love to do that.
Interests
I've always had a keen interest in gathering info on the history of various things.
If I have time, I like to read books, watch football and meet people online, just why I came to CS!
- shopping
- traveling
- eating out
Music, Movies, and Books
Just started Misir Ali series, a series written by a legendary Bangladeshi novelist/artist Mr Humayun Kabir. I'm sure I'm gonna learn a lot of stuff.
Bollywood had always been my favourite as long as songs are concerned. I prefer meaningful songs rather than "I have a pen, I have an apple; PINEAPPLE!" Sometimes go for rock songs. Freshens up my mood haha.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As of now, I'll say it's our industry. It's gives me such a pleasure to say is that I've not come across ANY racism as of now I'm my hospitality career.
And I'd also would want to talk about the Fench people. I guess you wouldn't find any more gentle people than them. I'm so happy that I've come here.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm currently learning how to get my shit together. I would want to share the culture difference between Bangladesh/UAE and France. It's amazing how it's so different from each other!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a very easy going person. Easy to talk to, gel up with in a very short time.
Always on time. Flexible too.
I can share my experiences of Dubai and Bangladesh. Oh I've got plenty to talk about!
Speak 5 languages ( with French included) so it's gonna be fun.
If I can manage a house for myself, it'll be my pleasure to invite fellow CSers. I always welcome loooong conversations haha
