I am in love with life! I am grateful to have had many interesting experiences in life and yearning for more! I am one of those people who bring a sense of calm, peace and comfort to the room. This comes from a very subtle talent known as 'holding space.' I am an honest person with only the best intentions. I try my best to be true to myself always. I believe we all have a unique purpose here in this crazy world, and I also believe we all share a common reason for being here: to learn to give and receive love first to ourselves, and then to everyone else.

I am a Certified Neurosculpting® Facilitor- I can show you how to use your thoughts to change your brain to change your life.
I've also been a musician for most of my life. If you are as well I'm certain that we'll eventually wonder where all the time went. I love to learn, share and collaborate with others in the realm of music. And, if you are interested in playing guitar or singing I can get you started on that as well.
I'm interested in creating healthy meals and eating a diet that makes me feel great. I'd love connect with someone who has the same passion and see what I can learn.
