I am a teacher (i.e. assistant professor) and researcher (construction project management) by profession. I have lived briefly in Australia and in Hong Kong for completing my masters and PhD, however my roots are in the Sindh province of Pakistan. Currently, working as Assistant professor in the department of Civil Engineering at the Quaid-e-Awam University (www.quest.edu.pk).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, I think Couchsurfing can connect me with the people of different culture. I am an admirer of cultural diversity and keen to know more about the cultures, people and traditions of the world. I also would like to do Couchsurfing one day while travelling abroad. Till today, most of my trips are financed by the university, but hopefully someday! :)
