About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live my life with passion!

ABOUT ME

Born in Quebec, I did my studies in Music Performance and Music Education in Québec city. I moved to Toronto in 2010 for school but I felt that I needed to find something new in my life. Finally, I found out about Montessori and felt in love with it. I finished my certification as a International Montessori Teacher in 2012, I left Military and bought my flight ticket to Cambodia, where i'm teaching in a french new Montessori school. Even if I am quite busy those days, I'm always thinking about my next trip:)

I'm passionate by music, teaching, nature and animals. I really like biking, hiking or just go for a walk! I can not sit and do nothing: I have to go outside and do something!

PHILOSOPHY

- Enjoy life everyday!-''Les amis sont des anges venus sur terre pour nous remettre sur pieds quand nos ailes censent de voler''.

- ''Je me souviens''

- ''One day at a time''

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been in different CS events in Canada, England, Scotland, Cambodia and Vietnam. I really enjoyed the talks I had with many different people around the world. Now that I'm in Asia, I'm always looking to meet travelers or at least give them information about the wonderful country I live in!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted few person in my apartment in Toronto and that was a really good experience everytime! I also surfed in many countries in Canada, Europe, UK and Asia.

I think couchsurfing is the best way to connect with people around the world. This is a wonderful sharing experience which give you the opportunity to know a new culture and meet a lot of interesting people.

This is not a "free place to sleep". People who think like that, please DONT send me a couch request!!
I've met so many amazing persons and I will remember this experience for a long time.

I love read:)

Music:
I like classical music, especially Tchaikovsky, Dvorak, Sibelius, Bruckner, Wagner, Brahms, Chopin, Schumann, Strauss, Mahler... and more!

I also like Jazz, rock, folk and new music. I love to discover new groups and learn about a new music style.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The beautiful sky with polar lights in the North of Quebec where I lived.

I had a lot of fun to do dog sledding ... even if I felt so many times!

To leave everything I had in Canada to move in UK with only my backpack, and find a flat and a job in London to discover a new culture.

To start a new Montessori School in Cambodia. Awesome challenging project with an amazing life experience.

To see the children at school answering me in french when 2 months ago they only understood khmer. It gives me energy to continue teaching.

Teach, Learn, Share

The fact is : I love teaching ! I used to teach music in Canada. Now, I am a teacher in an French Montessori School. I teach also violin and piano for beginners here. I'm patient when I teach and I love when people are also patient when I try to learn something...Sharing is a great value and I try to promote it!

I like to learn new things and I love to learn different languages. I'll be happy to teach you some french, music or give you a history course about the French Canadian culture!
