ABOUT ME

My name is Moïra and I'm french. I enjoyed some really long holidays during my studies as I had the opportunity to live one year abroad: 6 months in India followed by 6 months in China! Now I graduated and I am working in India as a Travel Expert.
I love experiencing new cities, just by walking around, whatever the weather is, taking pictures of the view (no that's actually not true, I'm really bad at taking pictures), feeling the atmosphere... I love getting the chance to meet locals, interested in discussing about all kind of topics around a glass of wine, a good meal and so on!

I think that I am this kind of person who likes everything just because I always jump from an idea to another. I wanna try everything at the same time and I don't spend enough time focusing on something!
I love cooking, listening to music, talking, dancing, playing sport, going to museums, eating...

PHILOSOPHY

Well... I just try to enjoy everything and to be as openminded as possible! I always try to say yes to new things, that's how the most amazing things happened in my life!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just started realizing how big the world is and how amazing people are. Because I'm travelling so much, I wanna meet people who can share with me their best/worst travelling experiences! I will be hosting as soon as I settle down somewhere !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't always use couchsurfing, but I guess that's because I am lucky enough to have friends or a friend of a friend who lives in most of the cities I've been to.

I have been hosting a lot of students in Copenhagen while doing my Erasmus. I was sharing a flat with 4 amazing exchange students and we decided to host! It ended up being a hostel and we had parties all semester long! As long as amazing cultural, food and story-sharing experiences!

Intereses

I think I am more of an outside person. I love museums but it is not what I would mostly do on my free time.
I would prefer to walk around the city with friends, get lost, feel the vibe in the streets, go for a coffee or a meal, sit in a park and chill :)
If I don't end up dancing until the end of the night on good music, I would probably wake up in the morning for outdoor activities such as hiking/camping weekends, swimming, running, biking.... ! :) If there is an amazing view as a reward for my effort, I will stay positive during the effort ;)

Music: All kind of music, from classic to electro, reggea, jazz... As long as I can close my eyes and dance all night long !

Algo increíble que he hecho

I have experienced the rush of 90.000 people into Roskilde festival (Denmark) just to get a camp site!
I have seen pelicans on the Danube Delta, this is such a peaceful place!
I climbed a 4.400m high summit in China! waaaaa that was something! But hey, don't worry, I plan on improving this very soon !

I wanna learn everything!
I can teach French and German, a little bit of Danish or Hindi, and I guess I can teach you a lot of things I am not even aware of! Just ask me :)
