About Me
Hi,
I've been traveling since the new year in an effort to learn, appreciate and to heal. Also its fun to just explore and experience new things. I can be sometimes quiet and sometimes quite animated depending on the subject matter. Not only that,
I've been asked many curious questions on why I am dark as an American, until I explain that my family is Mexican. Most of the questions have been from Asia.
My plan was to travel for 3 years, but it is quite tiring and I might bow out after just one. Still, this experience so far has been awesome and unique.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Im doing this so I can learn, experience, and understand more from different cultures. I am also doing a little soul searching and planning to travel for at least a year.
Obviously meeting new people and actually getting exposed to different beliefs would be extremely beneficial for a little soul growth.
Hopefully, we can learn a little of each other too. Play some tennis? Or an instrument? Enjoy to cook? I'd like to learn.
Interests
My interests include:
Futbol (soccer), tennis, film, music, doing nothing, and a little bit of everything. Plus food. I love food.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am all over the place. But basically easy going music. Some psychedelic folk, oldies, Mexican oldies. Some Jazz. Really, just most genres.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've worked in a submarine, been to the Sahara desert and . . . been traveling for some time now.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can make some awesome chicken and hopefully you'll enjoy it. Maybe some Spanish? I do love saying random spanish words from time to time.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Hopefully some laughs and the regular cultural exchange.
