ABOUT ME
I am a wellness professional in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. A yoga teacher, personal trainer and independent distributer of Sunrider Herbal Products with a passion for holistic health. I returned from my yogic studies and travels in Asia to open up shop and hold yoga retreat get-aways as well as regular classes. My husband and I hope to get away to rock climb in Spain and visit friends in Germany and get some more adventuring in. In the mean time we're happy to show you around Saskatoon!
PHILOSOPHY
I am a bit of a humanitarian. I like helping people, get better, stronger, healthier but tend to be a bit lazy myself. Typically I am pretty quiet but open to trying new things.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music- trip-hop - DJ Shadow, Boards of canada, Lamb.. somafm.com's groovesalad station. Old stuff like Sublime and Nirvana... pretty various. I have taken to reading a lot of spiritual and self improvement books lately, but go for some good murder mystery fiction. I have read the entire discworld series by Terry Pratchet. Watch a lot of indie films, odd documentaries and foreign films. Pretty easy going with my tastes.
Dave is into a lot heavier stuff, DropKick Murphy's, Social Distortiona and Rancid being a few favourites.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I hosted 2 yoga retreats last summer, moving people into a realm of spiritualism and escaping from the hectic schedule of life and it was the most amazing and rewarding experience. My 4 day silent mediation at a buddhist temple in Korea was another amazing experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
Yoga, fitness and nutrition is what I teach. So I am always willing to stop everything and put on a yoga class. As I am not very motivated it is always a good excuse to do yoga by teaching it to whomever will try it. I used to put on free classes in the park just because I wanted a reason to do yoga.
