I once hit 4 bullseyes in a single turn to win a game of cricket.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am really into partner acrobatics and I enjoy teaching. The key to good posture is sucking lower abs in toward spine (transverse abdominals) and rounding shoulders back (rhomboids). Same applies to handstands.
