I am trying to be healthier as possible, in light of that sake, I steer clear of alcohol, cigarettes and sugar, you're more likely to find me walking in a park than sitting in a club, bar, or fast food joint. Mentally, I try to meditate everyday, I am not religious but pray sometimes.

I respect people who have a solid grasp on their values and life direction, unlike those who live solely for pleasure without any real purpose. It's inspiring to see individuals who know what they stand for and where they're going, making choices that align with their beliefs and lead to personal growth. On the other hand, those who lack this clarity might just drift through life, seeking short-term satisfaction without considering the consequences or their long-term goals.
