PHILOSOPHY

Vertias is tattooed at the core of my body. Be genuine and gentle to yourself, and the people around you. Put priority to the things that make you feel alive. Find yourself living an intentional and self-aware life. May your input (what you consume - knowledge, food, material goods) and your output (what you think, say and do) be connected to your higher self. Allow for peace, presence and joy in everything you do.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to show people around, and give them a relaxing place where they group together before heading off to their next adventure.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I believe I grew up in a couch surfing house, because there was always some random person my dad met that he would bring home and host them at our house for how ever long they needed. I have also surfed myself in Italy, and Mexico.

Interessen

My favorite things are people, food, and conversation. I am a certified yoga teacher and a lover beach volleyball! If you have a good movie or music recommendation- I am all ears! Oh and podcasts... oh how I love podcasts. On Being, Ted Radio Hour, Moth, This American Life, You're not so smart, Planet Money, Radiowire...I love them all. I am horrible at reading books, so it's nice to get educated through sound.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Did a winter night hike on Mt. Seymour and on the top was a beautiful view of Vancouver-- friends, laugher, drinks, conversations under the night sky-- so blessed.
