About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Exploration with Intention and Understanding.

ABOUT ME

An inspirational nomad, who can clean, cook, sew and weed out any garden! This youthful and humorous lady is quite the homemaker, except she doesn't have one. She enjoys life, lives it, embraces the journey as the experience and shares that with everyone she meets. Full of creativity, new ideas and breathe of fire this lady can get down on any dance floor!

PHILOSOPHY

Open heart, open mind.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no couch. But I can make yours awesome!

Interests

People, places and plants. I while away the hours conferring with the flowers and folks I meet on the road. Good music gets me moving my feet, as does a bike or a long hike.

During the summer I work at music festivals as a caterer, environmental educator and production assistant. I also coordinate food and asset recovery program, where extra food and clothing/camping gear is donated to local shelters.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Looking at Macchu Picchu for the first time. I thought I had someone else's eyeballs in my head. Seeing an image that has been replicated so many times struck a chord with me. Growing up in a globalized world does not necessarily mean we are getting a first hand experience at touching the universe with our own hands, viewing it with our own eyes.

I recently took a class with Prem Prakash, a Yogi from Vermont, USA. He compared relationships to a tennis match, like a volley between two beings. Someone hits the ball, sometimes another being returns it and sometimes they don't. The more we practice hitting the ball, the better we are at returning it.
