Overview
About Me
I'm here in Melbourne on a Fulbright research grant studying climate change effects on the mountain regions of Australia. I'm kind of a cheeky real life Lorax... I'm really grateful to have this time abroad after graduating from Fordham in New York City. I've always been obsessed with traveling, and I will never be unhappy no matter where I am if I can have a glass of wine and some cheese.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think the best way to see new places is through locals. I've had really good experiences staying with friends of friends in the past, and I really wanted to expand that network. I used carsharing to get around Germany and other parts of Europe, and I genuinely believe in the good nature of people.
Interests
I'm a total foodie, especially gelato.... I try to balance that with running a lot :) I think a great way to explore new cities is just by running around and getting lost. If I had a book it would be Eat Drink Run.

I like any music I can bop around to, sappy romance movies like Before Sunrise, Before Sunset, and Before Midnight. I just finished reading Ishmael and the sequel My Ishmael by Daniel Quinn.
