Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's more fun to meet the locals while traveling rather than just staying in hotels/hostels. I'm new to this but have heard great things from friends. I'm heading to Norway/Ireland in June and would love to utilize couchsurfing.com along the way to meet new people.
