Overview
About Me
My three greatest loves are literature, films, and food. I'm a writer and I love exploring new places and meeting new characters in my own story.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet new people and experience the local culture as I road trip from my apartment in Los Angeles to my hometown in Massachusetts.
I will also be living in Ireland for Fall of 2015 and am looking for fun people to meet and stay with as I travel around Europe.
Interests
I enjoy reading, singing, good vegetarian food, traveling, and knitting. I also make a mean batch of brownies.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love almost any type of music, except for country (nothing against it, just not my thing.) I really love folk and bluegrass music, classic rock, and I have a special place in my heart for show tunes.
I'm actually currently studying film at USC, and some of my favorites are Pan's Labyrinth, Pirate Radio, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Secondhand Lions, Heathers, and Psycho.
I really have a soft spot for fantasy (A Song of Ice and Fire, Harry Potter, the Lord of the Rings, etc) but I also really love Chuck Palahniuk, Sylvia Plath, Neil Gaiman, and Margaret Atwood. Thanks to my theatre background I end up reading a lot of plays as well and really love the works of Sam Shepard, Chekhov, Edward Albee, and Shakespeare.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love to cook and bake, and I'd love to make a meal for you. I am a vegetarian and I promise I can make you want to eat your veggies.
