About Me
My husband and I have been married 11 years this year! Time really does fly when you're having fun. Most of the year, we live in an amazing house in Boulder that feels like a treehouse, and is deep in the woods. For several months in the winter, we travel around in our renovated vintage camper to escape the Colorado cold and snow. We both work remotely and we can work from wherever, as long as we have internet. Best of both worlds :)
I am a professional portrait photographer and recently finished nutrition school. I shoot during the warm months in Colorado and will start nutrition consults for clients while we're on the road during the winter months. My husband Zach is a coder and works for an awesome startup company that helps build e-commerce websites. He's the youngest of four and I'm the oldest of four. We met in middle school when we rode the school bus together...who would have guessed :)
Things we love:
Good wifi (LOL); Traveling and exploring ; Good coffee; Getting lost and finding our way back; Our dogs; Kind, easygoing people; Making new friends; Stand up paddling, hiking, climbing, backpacking, yoga; Delicious healthy food of any kind; Street art, cool coffee shops, anything unique, eccentric, artsy, or unusual; Burning Man; Preparing great meals on the road and eating them in scenic places (like a full-on spaghetti dinner on a campstove overlooking Delicate Arch in Moab - we've packed it in!); The quietness and beauty of nature

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Swam in a volcanic crater lake at sunrise in Nicaragua; Had high tea at a British mansion with giraffes in Kenya; Filmed mountain biking promo videos in the Annapurna range in Nepal; Camped at a huge horse festival at 15,000 feet with thousands of nomadic Tibetans; SUPed several high-alpine lakes in Colorado over 12,000 feet (brr!); Hiked down into an active lava flow in Hawaii in the middle of the night, in time to watch the sunrise over the lava
