I have always hated living alone. I love having someone to chat to when I come home at the end of the day, and this sounds like the perfect way to make that possible while traveling alone! And you can't beat the price.

Music taste are extensive, specific, and spread-out.
Some favorite music makers: Ray Charles, Stephen Sondheim, Weezer, Fiona Apple, George Gershwin, Gabrielle Fauré, and the California Honeydrops.

Not a huge movie person, but I like the occasional scary movie, and love TV series'.

My favorite book ever is One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Still figuring out my favorite authors but I always enjoy Orwell, Austen, Franzen.

I teach music professionally, and would love to learn about music from different places! I love learning about the customs and politics of other countries.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A ton of enthusiasm!!! Long conversations about art and philosophy and/or nonsense. I can cook really yummy vegetarian food if there's a market nearby and a pan and stove I can borrow. Share a song, maybe?
