I'm a theatre artist and musician based in Cleveland, Ohio. In addition to creating and taking in art, I enjoy biking, hiking, kayaking - mostly anything outdoors- exploring other cities and countries, learning about body movement and anatomy/pilates/different somatic methods/spinal release, meeting people, and building community. I love talking big picture and cooking/eating good food.

I can teach Pilates, (I'm certified), including spinal release/lengthening, core work, muscle balance, etc. I can also teach piano and singing.

I want to learn more about environmental sustainability, performance art, music, community organizing. I would love to learn Spanish. I'd love to learn more about ethical, inclusive city planning.
