ABOUT ME

Right now, I am teaching beautifully tan children at an elementary school in El Puerto de Santa Maria, Spain. I love learning and teaching new languages and can't believe that I actually get to live here and do both. I am on a mission during my year here to see as much of Europe and of Spain as I possibly can:) This summer, I am traveling around Europe with two of my best friends, and I cannot wait to create some incredible couch surfing memories, meet crazy people, and eat phenomenal food:)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Everyday, I find myself on couch surfing more and more, just searching for people I can meet and things I can do around my own city. I love that I can have this community even when I am living on the other side of the world. I can't wait to meet some more couch surfers this summer and would love to host some people when I finally have to move back to the United States.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Inflating Anni's extra bed at 6 in the morning and then proceeding to eat a half a bottle of honey with her the next morning. Long story, can't wait to tell it:)

I love sports (basketball, but trying to get used to this futball team), laughing till it hurts, interesting books, new languages, good conversation, FOOD, and great people:)

Favorite book of the moment is Pillars of the Earth, but I will always be in love with Grapes of Wrath...Not to mention that sometimes I think that I am living in Harry Potter when I read it:)
Favorite movies are any that involve Tom Hanks.
Favorite music all stems from an obsession with the Beatles.
