ABOUT ME

I'm born in Montpellier (south of France), was raised in Britany (Celtic region in north west of France), between forests, fields and seaside!
My dad was a french crazy artist, and my mom is also a crazy, loving creature who was raised in england by an irish mother and a scotish father, that makes me pretty faired haired and quite white looking!
I studied mostly in medical and social sciences and worked in all kind of jobs from general assistant in youth hostel, to care worker with physically, mentally or psychologicly disabled people.
My dream of a life would be a little farm in the hills open to who ever is in need of peace, fun, warmth, love, music, and sharing!

PHILOSOPHY

Be aware of how great life is, how lucky you are to be who you are and to be doing what you are doing in the present moment!
Live your dreams, everything is possible, you just need to believe in it!
No regrets, only lessons to learn. Every step of life is important even the most painful, maybe those even more, they are the ones that make you grow!
And don't forget: The power of words, to never take anything personally, to never assume anything, and that you always do or did your best in a given situation (Toltec wisdom)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've never yet welcomed people in my home simply because I've had my first hosting experience last September. It was great to meet this Scottish interesting musician. My house and couch are more than open to travellers, loving, curious, respectful and sharing people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Two very positive experiences in Rimouski, bas-St Laurent, and in Gaspé, Gaspésie, Québec.
My trip from Montréal to Gaspésie would not have been so special without these lovely people!

Interests

Music, arts, dancing, singing, messing around with drums/colours/ any kinds of materials, photos, partying, traveling, walking in nature, swimming in clear sea, lakes or rivers, discovering new cultures and people, laughing, meditating, relaxing, enjoying every minute of this amazing gift of a life!

There is too much it's impossible!
But music would be mainly folk, traditional, rock, soul, blues, reggae and jazz...
Any book that you never want to put down. My first one was "Quand j'avais 5 ans je m'ai tué" the 2nd "Flash" de Charles Duchaussois. So many since...
The latest films: "J'ai tué ma mère", and "Dédé dans les brumes". Québécois films, I'm living in Québec at the moment that explains it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing up mountains in Gaspésie (Québec),Wales (UK), Pyrenees, and the Mont Blanc in the Alpes.
Swimming in new Caledonia's biggest lagoon with rainbow colourd fish, rays and even sharks!
Climbing up the most beautiful volcano in a Capo Verde island, experiencing the most peacefull silent, calm and beauty!
Traveling across Canada and living in British Columbia the "most beautiful place on earth" (So they say! It's not completly false I must say!)
I could go on for ever....living, only this is amazing. Amazing is the way you look at it not what you're looking at!

Teach, Learn, Share

English and french; cooking; breton and british culture; a bit of healing with oils, food, energys, colours, stones; positivness; relaxation technics like yoga/meditation... who knows I probably don't know how much I know that others don't, we are born with wisdom within us that we don't often expect!
