Overview
About Me
I consider myself as an open-minded, peaceful introvert whose world spins around food, either cooking and eating. I like to share and exchange stories about food, eating, recipies, spices, kitchen life hacks and so on. How sad would world be without food? ;)
As I said, I am open-minded and I think that everyone has a right to have his own
beliefs on whatever issue as long as he tollerates and respects other points of view. I am not prejudiced. I don't care what sex, race, origin you are - it's not something under your control and won't tell me what kind of human being you are.
I am positive and optimistic about what would life bring. I love exploring my own city in order to find next favourite place (usually a place to eat) but I also like to travel and discover places that I have never been to. Travels give me freedom.
I've never been party animal and I'm not interested in partying it up every weekend, sometimes once a month is way too much. I'd rather have a conversation over coffee/wine in the evening than getting drunk in the night and spend my day hangover and useless.
When I travel I am all day walker/nightsleeper traveler type - I simply want to see what is there to see.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The best way to get to know another culture is seeing local people living their lives, collecting stories and sharing yours - that's what I am interested about. I like to see the life from a local point of view (getting tips of where to go, what to eat, what to see, what to avoid et cetera).
When not traveling, I like to meet some surfers by hosting them. I did it with my friend in her flat but we decided to double our chances of meeting cool new people by adding hosting option to my account as well :) If you want to stay with me, make sure you read "my home" section.
Interests
Last year I started to work out regularly and all of a sudden what I perceived as my way to lose weight has become my fascination. I switched from weight lifting to calisthenics and got obsessed about proteins :P
I usually care about counting my macros, but when I travel, I just HAVE to try local specialities, life would be sad without good food. Apart from eating I also like to cook and people say I'm good at it.

* Game of Thrones
* Orange is The New Black
* The L Word
* most of Quentin Tarantino and Woody Allen productions
* I love coming back to english comedy films, especially those with Hugh Grant
Music - a large spectrum, recently I am listening to:
* Amanda Palmer
* Pink Floyd
* The Beatles
* Sia
* Katie Melua
Books - it's the hardest list to make. I've read tons of books and have so many favourites... I'd rather point out my favourite writers :)
* Terry Pratchett
* John Irving
* Stieg Larsson
* Philipp K. Dick
* Sergey Lukianienko
* many many more, I read usually fantasy/s-f
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I hitch-hiked my whole country around (lots of adventures and good people on the way) :D
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share some recipies or teach you how to cook something good or give you advice on nutrition or teach you anything what I know and you don't but I guess we'd figure that out trough conversation :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my passions and stories and would take the same in exchange.
I would bring you some polish food or cook you something.
I believe that your house is your rules and I will do anything to respect that.
