Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to see a place through the eyes of people who know and love it best. Traveling can be expensive, and I love that the couch surfing community can open a place wider for travelers than they can typically afford to experience it. Cheers to the gift economy!

I am a food writer and a chocolate maker based in Berkeley, CA. Most of my interests lie at the intersection of food, travel, and writing. I am into public intervention and improv, and playing music.
