ABOUT ME
A mostly harmless work-in-progress: down-to-earth, quite straight-forward, curious, a little eccentric, rational, open-minded (or so I believe), witty/dry/easy-going humour, slightly introverted, like the relaxed company of old friends and the ocean of possibility with new friends...:-)
Here are a few footnotes, though, "I...
Note1: like discussing politics, economics, science, society/culture, law, movies, music, philosophy, psychology, etc. I might not know much on each of these subjects, but I sure would love to...
Note2: am not a regular 'party' person. :( But, give me hiphop, jive, Latin, Club and - strangely enough, these days - Bollywood, then I just might be convinced to shake a rather self-conscious leg.
As a guest to India, if you are looking for someone to give you the low-down on how one might... well.. 'Party like a rockstar', I might be woefully inadequate. :) But, some of my friends do, so I could put you in touch with them.
Note3: can come across as aloof/taciturn (which is belied by the elaborate profile description here, of course), as well as extremely garrulous. Yes, I know they are opposites... :/
Note4: like doing a whole bunch of things: watch a movie, catch a play, learn a dance/musical instrument/language, try out new restaurants/cuisines, attend a concert, talk over a nice meal/coffee/drink, go bowling, play cards, play any sport (but not cricket I'm afraid :) ), etc...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host people when I can (when my crazy schedule doesnt play spoilsport), I help out with queries people have on the city I live in (especially on finding accommodation which is an undeniable ordeal in Bangalore), I occasionally meet with other CSers in my city and have met a few couchsurfers when traveling elsewhere...
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Unfortunately not. Came back from Europe and then discovered it. Life's a bit of a bum sometimes.
