John and I are retired now and have had the wonderful opportunity to spend our lives traveling around the world. This has been a wonderful experince and we have met a lot of interesting people and made many new friends along the way.

Interests

I enjoy camping, hiking, reading, technology, running, weight lifting, dancing, jet skiing, and discovering new things that I might enjoy! Traveling is high on my list. I enjoy learning about different cultures, seeing their history through beautiful buildings, landscapes, museums etc. and learning from the people that are the heart and soul of a city.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We had the opportunity to stay 6 nights with a Mayan family when we visited Guatemala. This was one of the highpoints of our trip to Central America. We also had the rare opportunity to visit an English class in Vicenza Italy thanks to our hostess who was also the teacher.
