About Me
I'm doing an audio documentry/book about taking my 14year old son on a cross Canada adventure starting in St. John's Newfoundland.
I live in Vancouver, near Commercial Drive. I am a broadcaster at Coop Radio, a part of Simon Fraser University's Writer's Studio and I produce a show/podcast Story Story Lie.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My son and I would be very grateful to have a place to sleep as we travel and explore along the trans canada highway. Also will be offering rides between cities. And people interested in charing stories about their communities, and families interested in showing us what they do for fun!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Driven for Vancouver, BC to San Diego in a dodge caravan with a 7 year old and a German Shepard. Spent 3 weeks chasing waves and making friends.
Have had some interesting jobs like Elevator Mechanic, dog trainer and marketing for real estate development (was the worst).
Teach, Learn, Share
traveling as a solo parent, podcasting, storytelling, doing scary things without being terrified of failing...like flying with your kid to the east coast and trying to get home with a wee budget. Have a show in Vancouver called Story Story Lie and broadcast with coop radio
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm told I'm funny. I'd love to see your community, grab a bit to eat or do whatever folks in your town do.
