About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Looking for my inner self!

ABOUT ME

Hi! It´s me, Sergio!
I'm just a curious guy that likes to travel and I have seized every single opportunity that I've had in my life to do so. It seems like exchange programs are a cheap way to live and travel abroad. And meeting countless people from all over the world is the best reward!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hosted a lot of people when I had the chance to share my flat back in Spain. Now that I'm traveling through South America I want to see the other side of the equation!!
I've always wanted to travel on my own for months and test my limits but sadly real life doesn't allow me to wander for that long.
Now I intend to travel all around South America and meet all the cultures of my beloved ancient brothers.

Interests

Travelling of course! What else would I be doing here??
I've been really into gastronomy lately. Peru has so much to offer and teach about it. I love ceviche and causa. If you haven't tried that yet, you don't know what the good shit is ^^
I also like politics a lot, and my interest is only growing as I get older. I thought about studying something related to that for quite a bit now.
But having a nice life experience is definitely what I enjoy the most =)

Music, Movies, and Books

I used to listen to metal and rock a lot back when I was a teenager but now I listen to pretty much everything. Actually, I find the most pleasure from getting to know new genres of music. My latest finding was K-Pop hahaha
Not really into movies and books, though. Not that I don´t like them but I´d rather do other things =)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Having a weird hairstyle was definitely the best thing that I've ever done. I had dreadlocks and a mohawk for months. Real fun when old ladies looked at me lol

PLACES TO BE

- Camden Town in London. It has its own spirit. It´s different from any other place I have been to. The streets and the people are really open to all kind of people, and that made me feel comfortable walking around there.
- Miami. I spent one year of my life living in this tropical paradise. Don't fool yourself, Miami has way more to offer than beauty pageants and crystalline waters.
