Hey! I'm an open-minded person who really likes travelling and loves to discover new places. I enjoy discussing about any philosophical questions or politics. I live in Leipzig and I'm studying cultural studies there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's such a nice possibility to discover a place with people who actually live there. So one can not only see the main tourist attractions recommended by a commercial travel guide, but also get the opportunity of a more insight view. I really love the idea of people caring about each other by sharing their homes and also their time. Also discovering new places together with other couch surfers who are travelling is such an easy way to connect and make friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not sure I have a list of favourite books, but I enjoy reading e.g. T.C. Boyle, John Irving or García Márquez.
I love reggae music. But I'm also open to lots of other kinds of music - I really enjoy jazz and when I'm going out I mostly prefer dancing to techno.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I stayed in Pune (India) for one year, I worked there, traveled around and got to know wonderful people.
