ABOUT ME

I am currently working with the European Commission Delegation in Beirut (EU), precisely in the Humanitarian Aid Department. I travel much internally and regionally with my work and access on a weekly basis refugee camps in Lebanon, where we deliver relief aid when needed, infrastructure and economic support as well as psychological aid for children..
i have worked in emergency situations as the 2006 war in lebanon..was extremely intense and frustrating, but for the good cause..

I am a hard worker, believe in a hard work week to enjoy the week-ends and regularly take a good week or two-week travel every 3 or 4 months.

I live in my small place in Beirut. I luv my city, find it much cosmopolitan, cultural, vibrant, fun, (i compare her to a crazy sensual woman) fluctuating in terms of security, however lebanese people are know to have the most of resilience...
i have survived several wars and conflicts and this develpped my eagerness to life and experiences...
I am a smoker and have mood swings! it is not a cause to effect equation though! ;-)

I am an Environmental fanatic and constantly intreagued by the functionning of the Universe...

I am enchanted by everything that is about Archeology and that carries within it a long valuable historical path. I actually started Archeology studies in 95, however had to stop to start another major. So, basically, I always carry, and can t help it, the stupid yet authentic fascinated look on my face whenever I come across some historical and archeological site or ruins, stone, bench, pipe, you name it...

Woody Allen movies (have to re-watch, have seen most of them when much younger, but remember having liked them!); mainly drama catches me; Fernando Mirelles, Almodovar, Guy Richie, Twisted Tarrantino; I luv watching ben Stiller, i think he can convincingly go into the skin of complicated characters. De Niro just rocks!...

The Red Sea, Petra, Wadi Ram desert.. Place San Marco, Venice in the fog (breathtaking)
i much loved driving in the desertand biking on a "fairy talish" danish island, on the beach heh
