I love telling stories

I love walking off the beaten path, and experiencing new things. My dream is to travel and tell stories of the people I meet along the way for a living. To tell the stories that mainstream media doesn't want to.

I want to visit every state in India in the next few years, and do it mostly with the help of the kindness of strangers and prove to others that you don't need to be rich to travel, or to do anything in life, you'e just got to really want to do it.

I prefer to experience a place as a local rather than a tourist, and Couchsurfing provides me the opportunity to do that

Interests

Reading because – A book can shatter your heart or make it fall in love waya you didn't know was possible.
It can take you to worlds you didn't know existed, and adventures you didn't know you needed.
Music helps stay in a creative state. Living in a concrete jungle, sometimes it is my only escape from the physical world.
I love cinema, and exploring films that should be talked about more.
I think longboarding might be one of the most interesting ways of exploring a locality.

I am not currently loyal to any artist or song, I have a wide range of taste in music, but my top 5 artists are: AR Rahman, Pritam, Ed Sheeran, The Lumineers, and Hollow Coves

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once, I saw a kitten stranded on the highway, and on a flyover. I don't know how it got there, but I rescued it and it felt pretty good. (Except from the scratches I got)
