Hi, I am monet I am an 18 year old artist from nowhere. I was born in California I moved to Hawaii when I was three then to India when I was 12. I was raised on a farm in the mountains with no running water or electricity living completely off the land. I have dedicated my life to drawing I love my art I want to work for Disney someday. I am currently an au pair and will be au pairing in London for three months. but I plan to study at the acadamy of art in florence, Then gobelins in France.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am an adventurous girl who lived basically all over the world. I travelled as an au pair and often used couch surfer. I was So thankful to everyone who hosted me I would love to return the favor. Clarkdale doesnt offer much but I'll show you around the small areas I do know. My husband and I have a lovely apartment and we would enjoy having guests.

David bowie is my idol, I also love classic literature, I am obsessed with Allen Ginsberg. Favorite book is probably the great gatsby I am a total nerd though and love comics. have studied film so I enjoy a wide verity of films Kubrick, and Tarantino, are probably my favorite directors. I really like a lot of different types of movies some of my favorites are blue is the warmest color, American beauty, inglorious bastards, and django unchained. I really love neutral milk hotel, ajj, rainbow kitten surprise and steam powered giraffe.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn more Italian and really whatever anyone is willing to teach me I am very open. I love dancing I can teach hula, and art, or about Indian and hawaiin mythology. Sustainable living is really my thing, I know how to make an aquaponics system, and even though I am a vegetarian I can slaughter and prepare animals as well as garden. I am great with children and animals I love outdoors and I can swim really well.
