Im Mónica I'm 26 years old and I currently traveling to 🇨🇦 Canada, I grew up in a small city named Zacatecas it is located in the center of the Mexican Republic, it’s very beautifull, most of the pictures were taken there. I am a chemical engineer but I work as a nanny and Spanish teacher, I used to work for a food company in México and they produce orange, apple, tomato and grape juice. The name of the company is "JUMEX" is a very famous company in MEX. I work there as a quiality controller and look after all the destillation process, the temperauture, the preassure and suggar in all different kind of juices that they make. I travel from México to my city (Zacatecas) every month and it’s a long trip about 7 hours by car, but I really enjoy traveling. I speak 70% of english and I’m currently studying to improve my english skills, but I understand 90% of the language.

I am here because its a very nice web side to meet local people from the places I'd like to visit and this is the most important thing because only these people can tell you what are the best restaurants to eat very good, or the best place to go in the town, and also I think is a great opportunity to get to know better the culture, the typical dishes they have or just sit down and listening a nice talk with them while we take a cup of tea.

Intereses

I 've always been very active, and the two sports I love the most are swimming and running while I listening music, my favorite hobbie is baking cupcakes, and any kind of dessert, that's why last year I started my own company in Mexico, enjoy spending time decorating coookies, trying diferent kind of flavors even creating new flavors with random ingredients this year I made high protein content energectic bars and chocolate cake using grasshopers they are one of the most typical edible insects in Mexico. but my specialty are donuts, tarts and cupcakes name the flavor I’ll do it.

My own company starts with little desserts then I used all the tools I learned from school to create healthy desserts

I can teach you how to bake any kind of desserts you want :) I made the best ones ever and also when I was 16 I learned muscle therapy because I was on the atletism team in Zacatecas and ankle or knee lesion was very common so I had to learn it, I can provide you a good massage theraphy!! :D
