About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Inspiring hope in a cynical world might be the most radical thing I can do...
ABOUT ME
A Polish girl married to a US submariner, a mom of two adorable boys (7 and 8yrs old).
We moved from Japan to Hawaii and I'm looking forward to this again! It's been a while since we've been very active in this CS world, but it still holds special place in my heart, Im always up for showing you around and hang out.
Note - I'll be super selective about who I accept and you must like kids and want to play/interact with them.
I find myself in very new, and exciting place in life and I just love being married to my best friend! My life is not nearly as adventurous as it used to be, but I have found so much joy in this different season of my life. I'm still pretty spontaneous and laid-back. BUT not really an eternal student, a hitch-hiker and a backpacker anymore. I do have some pretty fun and crazy stories from the times I have been all that though haha. I'm still a bit disorganized (I'm working on not being late, but I just got worse since I have kids..) and politically confused, yet very happy and positive person. I'm just a lot more busy and distracted nowadays.
I love simple way of life, treasure family and friends, reading and writing, listening and talking, hiking and exploring and consider watching my kids grow the biggest priviledge in this life. I have many wonderful friends all around the world. I believe in people, I trust in their goodness and kindness. It may seem naive but it never failed me. My husband says I'm a "Christian hippie" (kinda oxymoron, but actually describes me well) if that explains anything to you ;)
PHILOSOPHY
If there's no God, nothing in this life makes sense. Jesus is the way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have hosted in Poland at my parents house and in Seatte area in my own apartment and with little kids running around. I have surfed in many places around Europe and Israel, a little bit in the USA and it's been a great experience!!! Now I'm hoping to meet some people in Hawaii and gather experiences with strangers turning into friends after a while. There's nothing like it!
