Overview
About Me
I have a degree in English Literature and will soon to start my post-grad at The University of Pennsylvania in Intercultural Communications, Ms.Ed. My husband has a degree in Psychology, he is a research assistant and a great conversationalist, and he makes a mean cup of tea.
Yuki is our friendly one year old cat. She naps, eats, purrs, meows, asks for pets, walks away, and repeats.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Hospitality makes the world go round, and most of our board games require at least 3 people. Unfortunately, our cat likes to nap and refuses to play Settlers of Catan with us.
We also want to travel (who doesn't?), and we're hoping that good karma will follow us as we hosts travelers around the world.
Interests
We love: playing board games, adventuring out into the city, nature walks, learning about history, reading (we are major book worms), cooking/baking, trying out new beers, and getting to know different people and cultures.

Teach, Learn, Share
I love to bake and Cory loves to cook. We can teach you recipes or we can learn a new recipe together. We would love to learn new languages, especially Japanese and Spanish, and different cultural dishes.
Also, I don't know how to ride a bike. If you can teach me, that would be great.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good food, good drinks, board games, and other good ol' fun stuff.
